Refund policy
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with you order, simply contact us at info@richardphotolab.com to initiate your return. Our return policy lasts 30 days and is subject to a 15% restocking fee. If 30 days have elapsed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not cover the cost to ship the items back.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Gift cards and apparel items cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. The shipping fees you originally paid to have your order shipped to you will not be refunded. In addition, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Both fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
If your return is rejected, we will contact you for a shipping label. Please provide a shipping label so that we can send the items back to you immediately. If no label is provided, we will discard your returned items. If you would like to purchase a return label from us, please let us know, and we will provide additional information.
Late or missing refunds
Once a refund has been processed, it may take 5-7 business days to be processed by your bank or credit card company. Once this time has elapsed and you have not received a refund, please check your bank account one more time. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned and refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@richardphotolab.com and send your item to: Richard Photo Lab, 21515 Centre Pointe Pkwy, Santa Clarita CA 91350, United States.
Once your package has been received and inspected, we will authorize your exchange and send additional information via email. This will be determined on a case by case basis.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
